swissie_5: I have lived in western Canada since 1979 and was diagnosed with MS in 1994, after spending a hot and humid summer in Switzerland, visiting my family. I have been widowed since 2005, but I have 3 wonderful children and a caring boyfriend, as well as many friends who make me feel very lucky! Life is full of challenges, but also full of joys :) Its what we make out of these situations that matter. I have learned to say no to a lot more than I did in the past, because I have come to respect my limitations. I believe in good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, and have learned lots from my MS facebook friends and their friends. I am excited to share the story of my life with you!
