Vitamin D benefits MS: A closer look at the genetic evidence

Vitamin D benefits MS: A closer look at the genetic evidence

This is important! Most folks are still afraid to take enough, because it is a
fat soluble vitamin. One fact I know myself: there is a better (higher) chance
for it not to progress than there is with the conventional medication!
Liquid vitamin D taken with another fatty (food) source will help absorb it
better than just popping a  pill. In Canada, we are too far away from the
equator to make enough from sunshine, so we must supplement.
I recently just started back with Cod Liver Oil, to get sufficient vitamin A with
the vitamin D, and I use a digestive enzyme with lipase and Ox Bile, since ma
body seems to have trouble digesting fats.
